School Uniform

At Hassell primary School we have adopted a practical and adaptable combination of clothing which is flexible and easily looked after. Items with the school badge have been kept to a minimum and most items can be purchased from regular retailers (e.g. supermarkets). It is important that children should be appropriately and smartly dressed for school and that each item is marked with the child’s name.

The school holds second-hand school uniform for parents/carers to access; access to these uniforms is available upon request via the school office or class teachers. Parents/carers are invited to donate their child’s uniform when they no longer need it. A half termly uniform swap shop will also be available for all parents/carers.

Please Note: It is advised that Goggles should NOT be worn, unless yfor a medical reason. Please see your child’s teacher to discuss this. All children should wear a swimming hat if their hair is below their ears. All long hair MUST be tied back.
